Refund Policy

• Before Procurement: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after payment if procurement has not started. • After Procurement: Once we begin sourcing, packaging, or supplier payment, cancellation is not possible. • Refunds: Only issued when ThinQShopping fails to source or ship an item due to supplier unavailability or other verified issues. • Damaged or Incorrect Goods: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We’ll assist with supplier replacement or refund if applicable.
